CIS players passing final of Quake World Championships European qualifier

Currently, 3 of 4 qualifying groups have entered finals of European and North American regions in the individual category of the Quake World Championships tournament. Each of them includes 8 players.

There are 8 players from the CIS countries among 24 known European representatives. There is one Ukrainian participant: Dmitry ‘Xron’ Sakharuk. The list also includes two Belarusian players: Nikita ‘clawz’ Marchinsky and Alexey ‘Cypherrr’ Yanushevsky, a player from the Virtus.pro club.

The Russian Federation is represented by 5 players now:

  • Nokolay ‘AGENT’ Mayorov;
  • Alexey ‘Nitrino’ Kartashev;
  • Anton ‘Cooller’ Singov;
  • Alexander ‘BaSe’ Rybin;
  • Andrey ‘inz’ Zanozin.

Unfortunately, there is no CIS representative in the team category, but players from this region are involved in 2z and The Defendants teams.
